When Tad and I are in the mood for some good eats, we seem to always end up at Little Tokyo. It's probably because there are so many great restaurants to choose from. Our favorite meals are shabu-shabu, ramen, and of course sushi.
There's also lots of yummy treats like yogurt, green tea ice cream, and mochi. But our favorite treat to get at Little Tokyo are the azuki dorayaki. I call them little pancakes, which is pretty much what they are- japanese pancakes with a sweet azuki bean filling. They are best eaten right off the grill, all warm and gooey. Yum. I need to learn how to make these at home!
I wore my new fox top, which I am in love with! I simply cannot resist cute, silly prints, especially animals, and this top is one of my favorite (I guess I have a thing for foxes- I even have a fox purse). This outfit made me feel both girly and silly at the same time. It's just fun!

I adore those red bean cakes - I get them in NY when I go home. Soooo yummy. The place my big sis goes presses them into gold fish shapes!
