Vintage Stripes

Hello lovelies! How was your weekend? It was my weekend to work. Boo (hospitals never close). But I still managed to squeeze in a little bit of fun. Friday night Tad and I went to Matsuri for an awesome sushi dinner, then on Saturday we went out karaoke-ing with some friends, and on Sunday we had dinner with our good friend Kathy. Not too bad for a weekend that was also filled with work.

I wore this dress to dinner on Friday night. The dress is from one of my favorite vintage store, Owl Talk in Eagle Rock. The store is owned by two of the sweetest sisters and one of them even sews vintage pattern dresses made from vintage fabric (I have a couple of these dresses and they are adorable). They even have an Etsy shop here. See how much I love you guys? Sharing is caring.

Outfit Details:
Dress- vintage
Purse- Anthropologie
Belt- Modcloth
Shoes- Seychelles from Anthropologie

What did you do over the weekend? Anything fun?

Hey Tammy! I have the same purse. Doesn't it bug you that the strap is super long? It must have been meant for someone with a super long torso! :)

ps. cute dress!

Sammie- I do hate that about the strap! I have to knot mine!

Haha - I have that purse and feel the same way about the strap! I usually knot mine too, that seems to work pretty well (or sometimes I wear it cross-body, and the long strap comes in handy).

Cute dress! I love the collar.
